REFUND POLICY
Refunds are permitted within 24-hour of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and/or exchanges are permitted under the following circumstances:
• Products must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
• Products must be in their original, unopened, unworn, unused and undamaged condition.
INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
• Products were worn, cut, damaged, or the original status was changed
• Custom orders, Clearance Items
* Please note that we can't accept ineligible products, which will be returned to you at your cost.
HOW TO RETURN?
1. Contact us at sup@projectcomte.com Please note that your request may be denied if you don't contact us.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return request and a customer service representative will provide an eligibility approval along with return instructions.
We'll contact you once we receive the returns.
*Please note that customers are responsible for their return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund
Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.
